About The Position

You’ll work directly with public works departments, contractors, and fleet operators to keep their operations moving. This is a remote position covering New Jersey, with regular collaboration and equipment access through our New Castle, DE branch. Requirements

  • You have direct B2B experience selling heavy equipment or vocational trucks
  • You’ve successfully sold to municipalities and understand public-sector procurement and relationship building
  • You thrive in a high-performing, team-oriented environment and enjoy helping customers succeed
  • You’re mechanically minded and comfortable talking through specs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and performance factors
  • You’re confident in the field, at ease behind the wheel, and enjoy the variety that comes with working in equipment sales
  • You build trust quickly and become your customer’s first call when they need solutions
  • You're able to lift up to 50 lbs and easily get in/out of large vehicles and equipment
  • You have a clean driving record and are willing to obtain a CDL (we’ll sponsor and support)

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers throughout New Jersey
  • Demo equipment, quote solutions, and close deals
  • Manage your schedule and pipeline with the independence of a business owner
  • Collaborate with your local branch in New Castle, DE for support, parts, and service coordination
