This is a fast-paced and highly autonomous position for a true sales professional with a strong strategic mindset. You will need to have deep experience in coffee, coffee-adjacent, or CPG sales and be a successful Territory Sales Representative. You are responsible for a go-to-market strategy that will land new accounts, increase customer loyalty, improve account retention, build distribution growth, and improve company profitability. You will actively prospect and close new accounts while continuing to build relationships with existing customers, distributors, and partners across the channel. You will oversee the management and development of your expanded territory, not just the city or state you reside in. This role will be responsible for on premise customers and new business in Northern California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. This is a remote position; however, we are specifically looking for someone who resides in either San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO.
