Requirements

Transportation industry experience (required)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth across all Lines of Business in your assigned region
Develop new customers while expanding and strengthening existing accounts
Serve as the primary relationship manager, maintaining consistent, strategic customer engagement
Negotiate rates and accessorials in partnership with Pricing to win profitable business
Translate customer needs into execution, ensuring planners and account teams have accurate, up-to-date information
Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategies to stay competitive
Collaborate cross-functionally with planners, customer account teams, and leadership
Support operational success, including trailer pools and collections when needed
