Requirements

  • Experienced: Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train self-motivated individuals with grit and a strong work ethic.
  • Perseverant: Stays consistent and focused when following up with leads and building long-term relationships.
  • Tenacious: Doesn't get discouraged by setbacks and keeps moving forward.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, and email communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers across your assigned territory.
  • Promote & sell a full range of office products and solutions through in-person visits, phone calls, and follow-up appointments.
  • Manage a provided call list and generate leads through cold calls and prospecting.
  • Present quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with customer service and product teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
  • Attend team sales meetings and contribute to strategy development.
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Receive support from leadership and sales management throughout the training process.
  • Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, traveling throughout Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, and Lebanon. We provide flexible scheduling for parents who need it.
