Requirements

• A true hunter mentality; self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with experience using CRMs and sales reporting tools.
• A reliable and insured personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel day and overnight within Arizona will be required.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience or military service will be considered as well.
• Proven success in medical device, diagnostic, toxicology, or healthcare sales is preferred, but B2B sales professionals in other competitive markets will also be considered.
• Experience with prospecting new business and managing accounts in a large territory.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed territory sales targets and build long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and meet with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers to secure new testing accounts within your assigned territory.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, increase testing utilization, and ensure consistent service quality.
• Customer Support: Serve as a responsive partner to your clients by resolving issues promptly and upholding the organization’s commitment to exceptional service.
• Educational Outreach: Conduct lunch-and-learns, demos, and training sessions with healthcare providers to promote the clinical and operational advantages of the company’s oral fluid and urine toxicology testing solutions.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Regularly report on territory performance, market opportunities, and competitor activity using the company CRM. Work closely with leadership to develop and refine territory strategies.
