This position plays a critical role in driving the expansion of heavy line construction equipment sales for Peak JCB and establishing JCB as a full competitor in the region. The Territory Sales Manager will lead the effort to grow market share across Utah, while also supporting opportunities in Idaho and Montana, by developing new customer relationships, managing key accounts, and delivering equipment solutions that help contractors succeed. This role is more than traditional equipment sales—it is an opportunity to build the JCB heavy equipment brand in a market that is in need of a fresh option to support heavy-equipment customers. The Territory Sales Manager will work directly with contractors, fleet owners, and business leaders to introduce JCB’s heavy line machines, create new opportunities, and position Peak JCB as a trusted long-term partner. Success in this role requires a highly driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial professional who enjoys winning new business, working in the field, and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and willing to travel across territories while actively pursuing opportunities to grow equipment and aftermarket sales. For the right person, this position represents a rare opportunity to help build something meaningful—growing Peak JCB’s presence in the heavy equipment market and competing head-to-head with the largest brands in the industry.
