About The Position

PABCO Roofing is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to help grow and support our presence in Western Washington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and representing a high-quality product in the construction industry. The Territory Sales Manager I promotes and sells PABCO Roofing products within an assigned territory. This role focuses on developing customer relationships in multiple channels, supporting existing distribution and contractor accounts, identifying and converting new opportunities, and providing project support from start to finish.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, construction, architecture, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Highly competitive and motivated individuals comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
Dynamic and passionate people with the ability to present with conviction and convert new business.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to travel within the territory. You will be seeing customers 4+ days/week but there will be minimum overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships all channel customers focused on distributors and contractors.
Promote PABCO Roofing products and support customers with pricing, specifications, and project needs.
Provide consultative support and training to our distribution and contractor customers.
Visit job sites to support customers and help resolve issues as needed.
Monitor market conditions and share insights with management.
Participate in sales meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Conduct product demonstrations and educational presentations.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies.
