Requirements

Proven track record of success in a sales organization.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
Professional and positive attitude with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners within the assigned territory.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular visits to agency partners to deliver training, share updates, and address any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations to promote products and services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
