About The N2 Company The N2 Company helps small- to mid-sized businesses efficiently connect with new movers and local residents through high-quality monthly publications, targeted digital advertising, online media, and community events. Our portfolio includes 800+ custom publications across award-winning brands such as BeLocal, Stroll, Greet, Real Producers, Uniquely You, Salute, and N2 Digital. About BeLocal BeLocal is a free community guide delivered to new residents’ mailboxes and local distribution points. Each publication highlights hyper-local recommendations and content created with and for the community. Local businesses benefit by connecting directly with these engaged residents through advertising opportunities. Position Summary We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow partnerships and engagement in your local market. This role blends sales, relationship-building, and business ownership, allowing you to operate as a dynamic entrepreneur within a supportive framework. This hybrid position involves a blend of in-person community engagement and remote work performed from your home office.

Requirements

  • High School Degree Or GED
  • US Resident
  • Hybrid tag (not remote)
  • Professional, outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
  • Motivation to help local businesses grow
  • Openness to learning N2’s low-pressure, relationship-focused sales model

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
  • Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through BeLocal publications
  • Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations with support from the national team
