About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team and support growth in the regulated cannabis beverage market. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and execution in a defined market. Reporting to the Senior State Sales Manager, this role focuses on sales growth, distributor engagement, and local market activations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or beverage/CPG industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to manage time and priorities in the field.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory revenue goals.
  • Open new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Monitor sales trends and report opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor sales reps.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, market visits, and trainings.
  • Provide distributor feedback to the State Manager.
  • Execute events, promotions, and in-market programs.
  • Ensure placement of POS materials and displays.
  • Track and report activation performance.
  • Develop and maintain key retail and on-premise relationships.
  • Ensure product placement, pricing, and visibility meet brand standards.
  • Support implementation of statewide programs locally.
  • Provide timely updates and recaps to the State Manager.
  • Share competitive insights and market conditions.
  • Track and report territory performance metrics.
