About The Position

Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead nationwide dealer and channel sales for a growing electric mobility manufacturer. This is a high-visibility, sales-first role designed for a strong individual contributor who wants meaningful influence, autonomy, and a clear path into sales leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning a territory, building relationships face-to-face, and helping shape how a sales organization scales.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 or more years of B2B territory sales experience
  • Proven success selling through dealers, distributors, or channel partners
  • Comfort with travel and autonomy in managing a large territory
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • A desire to grow into leadership while remaining sales-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin fluency or familiarity with Chinese business culture

Responsibilities

  • Own dealer and channel sales across the United States
  • Build and expand relationships with independent dealers and multi-location partners
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Drive revenue through disciplined territory planning and execution
  • Help refine sales strategy, territory coverage, and go-to-market approach
  • Oversee and support part-time sales representatives as markets mature
