About The Position

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director, Retail of Québec, the Territory Sales Manager, Retail - South Shore & Montréal will be responsible for: • Defining and executing the territory strategy to drive demand growth and achieve business objectives, based on a thorough analysis of market and customer needs. • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, while ensuring effective territory coverage and rigorous management of activities and administrative responsibilities. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing strategies and tactics to drive territory performance through strategic analysis of customer needs and expectations. Building a business plan aligned with these strategies and ensuring timely and accurate execution. Engaging with customers based on prioritization, planning, and target achievement objectives. Managing all administrative tasks in a complete and timely manner. Developing processes and strategies to support demand growth within pharmacies based on needs analyses. Establishing strong customer partnerships to maintain the company’s competitive advantage. Ensuring effective territory coverage in line with planning, market segmentation, and performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sciences, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, or a related sector within Québec.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience working with CRM systems and AI tools.
  • Demonstrated interest and comfort with new technologies.
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory.
  • Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
  • Availability to cover the South Shore of Montréal as well as certain areas of Montréal.
  • Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • Residence within the Greater Montréal area.
  • Ability to analyze, develop, execute, and monitor a territory-specific business plan.
  • Strong ability to quickly build networks and relationships based on trust and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in negotiation, objection handling, and managing challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of autonomy.
  • Ability to innovate and develop ideas that create a competitive advantage.

  • Ideally based on the South Shore of Montréal.
  • Master’s degree in management.
