Your Day-to-Day as a Territory Sales Manager As a Territory Sales Manager at PMG Holding LLC, you will spend much of your time in the field meeting with customers throughout Raleigh and the surrounding territory. You'll provide product knowledge, manage leads, quotations, sales activity, and expense reporting, and act as a key link between customers and internal teams. You'll also support customers through equipment demonstrations, troubleshooting, and hands-on guidance to help them get the best results from our products. What Matters Most To succeed in this role, candidates should bring 3–5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in construction materials, equipment, industrial sales, or a similar environment. Paving or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. A valid driver's license, strong driving record, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently are all important.
