Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Territory Market Manager in the MN territory. This position is responsible for leading and growing the Dealer Specialties brand across the region. The manager will oversee operations, lead and develop a team of account representatives, manage P&L to ensure financial success, and build strong, long-term relationships with dealerships and dealership groups. Key aspects include mentoring the team, providing strategic guidance aligned with company goals, and supporting new product adoption through regular customer visits. Automotive industry experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
