About The Position

Pan-Am Dental is seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to develop, manage, and expand our territory in the Salt Lake City metro area. This role will be based out of our laboratory located in Sandy, Utah.

Requirements

  • 5 years B2B sales experience (Dental Preferred)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Efficient in territory and time management.
  • Ability to create and deliver custom sales pitches to specific audiences needs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Industry Trade Equivalent (RDH, DA)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, present, promote, and sell dental prosthetics to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Call on and convert company provided customer leads and generate new leads through B2B cold calling.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints in coordination with the lab to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales quotas.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure smooth customer transitioning and satisfaction.
  • Use CRM and case management software to report on sales activities, pipelines, customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and training.
