Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience within account management
  • Experience with rotating equipment/mechanical seals, or pumps.
  • Driven, motivated, detailed, and self-sufficient.
  • BSME or equivalent engineering degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by promoting a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
  • Communicate product launches, pricing updates, and value propositions effectively
  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Set and achieve team sales targets; provide informal leadership and guidance to junior staff
  • Manage a mid-sized domestic territory or account with autonomy
  • Build deep expertise in business, financials, market trends, and customer needs
  • Lead small sales teams on a project basis to meet client-specific goals
  • Negotiate product/service terms and manage account strategy independently
  • Handle complex sales processes and large accounts; may serve as team lead
