The Territory Manager is responsible to represent Monaghan to all Hospital call points and Distributors. This position is primarily responsible for executing Sales &Marketing Plans for all Monaghan products in a defined geographical territory, maintaining effective account coverage generating new business every fiscal year.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales experience with a pattern of proven success.
  • Strongly prefer sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field calling on hospitals OR a clinical degree in related field with successful leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive, professional relationships
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and goals
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Represent Monaghan to all Hospital call points and Distributors.
  • Executing Sales &Marketing Plans for all Monaghan products in a defined geographical territory
  • Maintaining effective account coverage
  • Generating new business every fiscal year.
