About The Position

As a Territory Manager (TM) in the Central region, you will lead a team of over 100 Hallmarkers responsible for bringing displays to life that enable a more caring and connected world for our shoppers. You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring a supervisor team that sets priorities and ensures retail execution in over 700 locations across mass, drug, discount, department, value, and specialty retail channels. You will set and communicate strategic priorities for your territory as well as evaluate performance leveraging targeted KPIs. You will also lead Human Resources and Legal compliance within your territory including performance management, talent development, and onboarding new talent. This position will be based in the Minneapolis/St Paul, MN area. Candidates who apply should currently reside within the territory geography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • At least 4 years of people leadership experience
  • No record of any driving-related violations or offense involving drug or alcohol within the last 5 years and less than 3 driving-related violations in a 3-year period

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of mass channel, drug store, food store, consumer product goods (CPG), vendor, or retail experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently
  • Leadership and people management skills: ability to direct, manage and motivate a part-time service team
  • Organizational and time management skills: ability to multi-task and manage multiple, changing priorities
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal)
  • Customer relationship building skills: ability to develop current and new customer relationships
  • A demonstrated comfort using Microsoft Office products (TEAMs, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, Copilot,etc.) to help drive business results
  • Endless curiosity and strategic thinking: Able to leverage Dashboard data to analyze and drive decision making
