About The Position

Slice's mission is to help independent pizzerias become more profitable by powering over 10,000 pizzerias across the US with discounts, an integrated technology stack, world-class marketing and advertising services, and a community for owners. The company is rapidly expanding its US-based Sales team, and Territory Managers are crucial to this mission. This role involves building strong, long-term relationships with shop owners to drive their profitability and growth. As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of Slice in your local area, responsible for acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. Your primary goal is to help shops maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, an all-in-one solution that includes Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes. You will need to adapt your approach to each owner's needs, identifying their most pressing issues and introducing appropriate solutions. This is a full-cycle outside sales role, requiring the majority of your time to be spent traveling within your territory to meet with shop owners in-person.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with shop owners to help them drive the profitability and growth of their shops
  • Acquire new pizzerias in your local area
  • Expand relationships with existing partners
  • Help every shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, including Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes
  • Meet shop owners where they are, identify their most pressing needs, and introduce them to the right solutions at the right time
  • Spend the majority of your time traveling around your territory to meet with shop owners in-person
