Why You Should Join Us The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales and market share growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective account management and solution selling.

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant field. Preferably business, computer science, computer engineering, information systems or another related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare IT, Medical Imaging and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a venture capital-backed start-up or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales, profitability, and business objectives in line with company targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory, including upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.
  • Represent the company within the territory, demonstrating professionalism and deep product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to deliver customer value.
