About The Position

This role is for a Territory Business Manager covering the Long Island area, working with a publicly traded, multibillion-dollar leader in oncology/diagnostic testing. The position offers a compelling compensation package with uncapped commissions and equity, and involves leading territory accounts, managing contracts, and engaging with various healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Oncology or diagnostic pathology background
  • 5+ years clinical/lab sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Executive-level selling skills
  • Organized, self-directed
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the territory lead across hospital/health-system accounts; own the full portfolio.
  • Lead contracts/pricing
  • Engage lab leadership, the C-Suite, and procurement.
  • Call on hospitals (main call points being lab directors and pathology within the hospital), oncology, academic centers, reference labs, and private groups

Benefits

  • OTE $235–270k
  • base $120–140k (targeting $140k)
  • Uncapped commissions (~ $135k at plan) paid monthly + 3-month guarantee
  • above-plan pay >100%
