About The Position

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing on-site support to address product questions, concerns, and usage. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives. Conduct technical demonstrations, presentations, and product training sessions tailored to the client's specific needs and use cases. Communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner, translating complex concepts to be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with clients to customize solutions that best fit their requirements, configuring products, and performing troubleshooting as needed. Analyze client challenges and propose viable technical solutions, collaborating closely with the product development and engineering teams for advanced support. Assist the sales team in developing proposals by providing technical insight, and helping to refine value propositions based on client needs. Support the sales process from a technical perspective, addressing any potential client objections or concerns related to product functionality and integration. Provide technical training to clients and end-users, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and efficient use of our solutions. Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and market trends, sharing insights and updates with internal teams as appropriate. Position will be headquartered in Wausau, WI but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Industrial Design or a related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as an Industrial Designer or related role. Experience must include designing aluminum solutions; production estimation; Autodesk Autocad 2D and 3D; and Vray 3D and Lumion 3D Rendering. Requirements
