To learn more, visit https://www.jnj.com/medtech Johnson & Johnson Heart Recovery (Abiomed) is recruiting a Territory Manager for Interventional Cardiology (M/F). Approximately 80% of travel is expected within the region, with occasional travel to support other sectors. There are 2 positions available: Eastern France Region and Western France Region.

Requirements

  • Degree in biomedical engineering or state-certified nurse, specialized in cardiac intensive care, cardiac surgery, or anesthesia-resuscitation.
  • 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on interventional cardiology or cardiac surgery.
  • Training and professional experience in cardiac catheterization laboratories and/or cardiac intensive care and/or cardiac surgery operating rooms.
  • Persuasive attitude and ability to develop and promote long-term client relationships.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a team.
  • Valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Residing within the designated geographic area.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel 80% of your time within the specified regions, with readiness for emergency situations.
  • On-call support via phone or on-site.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 kg.
  • Able to stand for long hours during procedures and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting our products and procedures to physicians and other hospital staff, building a trust-based relationship.
  • Leading and implementing advanced market development and field marketing activities while respecting the assigned budget.
  • Delivering commercial presentations and demonstrating proper product use to physicians.
  • Contacting and scheduling appointments with potential new clients.
  • Facilitating and coordinating professional training activities to improve healthcare professionals' knowledge.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and validity of maintenance contracts and tender management activities.
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure product availability to meet customer needs. Reviewing customer orders and sales of products and developing improvement plans. Interacting with sales and marketing management to refine product and market initiatives.
  • Analyzing and developing sales forecasts for your sector. Preparing sales reports and documents as needed.
  • Participating in scientific conferences, congresses, trade shows, and international business meetings.
  • Supporting opinion leaders and engaging in relevant market development projects.
  • Providing phone and on-site support for emergency calls within our hospital emergency service.
