About The Position

The Territory Manager leads sales efforts within an assigned geographic region, focusing on new account development, relationship management, and revenue growth. This role builds strong partnerships with healthcare providers, supports patient care initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely order execution and service excellence. The Territory Manager may also mentor and support Associate Sales Representatives depending on territory structure. This is a full-time position requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance required
  • Ability to drive extensively and travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
  • Strong verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
  • Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and practical knowledge of office software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Strong visual, hearing, and speaking abilities for reading documents, participating in meetings, and phone communication

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical facilities, and healthcare providers
  • Educate referral sources on product offerings, insurance coverage, and order processes
  • Track and drive sales performance against established goals and targets
  • Coordinate territory planning, scheduling, and workflow organization
  • Collaborate with internal reimbursement, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth order approval and completion
  • Oversee patient equipment trials, home deliveries, and education as needed
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and provider meetings within the territory
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date within company systems
  • Support and participate in company culture and engagement initiatives
  • Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values in all responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
