Territory Manager position will be expected to work with the Authorized Dealer locations and individual Farmers/Growers/end users of Väderstad owned Concord, Wil-Rich, Wishek, Seed Hawk, and Väderstad brands. TM will be expected to evaluate Dealer and Customer requirements and be the business driver to expand respective areas. TM will be responsible for working with Väderstad and Authorized Dealers to develop a business plan that focuses on expanding Väderstad market share and sales volume. TM will be expected to participate in new equipment training to develop a sales and performance perspective and technical expertise, and also, to acquire a full understanding of how our equipment functions when in use. The TM will be involved in field demonstrations, particularly in new and expanding markets. The TM will collaborate with the localized field team and assist in organizing field activities in conjunction with other colleagues. This is a remote position and will manage the territory of Ohio, Indiana, & Michigan.
