Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused HVAC Territory Manager, based in Norcross, GA, to grow sales, manage relationships, and develop new business within an assigned territory. This is a commission-based role once the guarantee has been met with unlimited earning potential, ideal for a self-starter with HVAC industry knowledge and a strong sales mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience in sales, account management, or territory management
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Must be based in or near Evansville, IN and have a deep understanding of the regional HVAC market
  • Reliable personal transportation is required; this role involves daily territory travel
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Technical HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) are a plus
  • Experience working with distributors, contractors, or manufacturers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals within the territory
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with HVAC contractors, dealers, and key accounts
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Provide product training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to clients
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activity, and pipeline progress
  • Represent Team Air at trade shows, association events, and training sessions as needed
