About the Role MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth and support for Diabetes products and services. This role focuses on promoting, selling, and supporting our offerings within the territory and reports to the assigned District Manager. This is a field based position that will support our Nashville South, Tennessee Territory. This will include Nashville, Franklin, Columbia, and surrounding areas. The expectation is to be in the field 5 days/week. Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities. Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed. Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring. Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including consultation at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations (ADA, AADE, JDRF, patient support groups). Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non-clinical buyers to establish a strong business base. Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities as assigned. Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner. Complete administrative reporting, utilize approved sales collateral, and conduct market research on customers and competitors. Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing).
