About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for the oversight, service, and growth for Right To Bear for a

Region (West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland). In the territory manager role, you will be expected to have great expertise with the organization’s products and services that you will present to clients.

You will assess each client’s needs to implement more effective sales techniques specifically tailored to

each group of clients. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to achieve or beat the

established revenue targets set by the organization.

Requirements

• Previous management experience
• Proven record of excellence in sales and training
• Specialized knowledge of self-defense products
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Great collaborative and time-management skills
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Grow facility relationships in territory.
• Sell Right To Bear memberships in your facility partners classes.
• Grow brand awareness for Right To Bear
• Provides reports on statistics to Strategic Director & VP of Sales.
• Outlines efficient sales strategies.
• Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the company.
• Leads training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques.
