About The Position

Are you a motivated sales professional ready to grow business in a fast-paced market? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join the coolCare team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales and business development within a specific territory or sales channel. In this role, you’ll expand coolCare’s presence by building new business networks, strengthening existing customer relationships, and developing distribution partnerships. This is a growth-focused sales role with opportunities to build your own customer base while working alongside established partners.

Requirements

  • Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (HVAC or warranty industry experience preferred).
  • Experienced with distribution sales and channel development (a plus).
  • Educated with a college degree (preferred).
  • A strong communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts effectively to ensure ongoing growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships within the team.
  • Developing and executing account plans to grow sales and profitability with key customers.
  • Facilitating training programs for new customers.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and onboarding new business.
  • Working with distribution partners while also developing and securing individual partners on your own.
  • Traveling up to 25% of the time to visit customers, distributors, and partners in your territory.
