SUMMARY The focus of this role is to work as a trusted partner and be responsible for developing, managing, and growing direct relationships with home builders, construction managers, purchasing teams, and field superintendents throughout the Greater DFW area. This role is highly field-oriented and requires being “in the weeds” — walking active construction sites, reviewing floor plans, performing window takeoffs, and supporting builders from pre-bid through installation.of the distributor expanding the overall volume and mix of products in the building products sector. The position focuses on driving specification and sales of Westlake Royal Building Products – Windows, achieving territory sales, mix, and profitability goals through direct builder engagement rather than distributor pull-through. Daily local travel is required; no overnight travel.
