The Territory Manager is responsible for managing golf irrigation sales in their specific territory as well as managing relationships with superintendents, general managers, irrigation technicians, contractors, designers, and general contractors. To grow and build a successful career with Wesco Turf & Hector Turf, you will be responsible for: Dimensions: $2 - $5 million estimated annual golf sales goal Territory: South Palm Beach, Hendry, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties Compensation Package - Base Salary/Bonuses/Other Incentives Eligible for a companywide bonus that is dependent on the company meeting performance goals. Equivalent to 0 - 3 weeks of additional pay, prorated for your first year. Additional opportunity to earn up to 30% of annual salary.
