About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager (Continence Care). This role involves achieving territory sales objectives through strategic selling activities and cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers. The Territory Manager will engage with key customers to promote and service the Continence Care product portfolio, driving market share and sales growth in the assigned territory. This position requires understanding customer needs and making significant contributions to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred with 3+ years of medical technology sales experience, or equivalent qualifications
• Demonstrated consultative selling skills and strategic planning capabilities
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitive activities
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 25% - 50%, including overnight trips
• Knowledge of healthcare customer environments

Responsibilities

• Effectively engage all targeted accounts and develop a logical plan to meet territory sales objectives
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and evaluate key sales data for leverageable opportunities
• Understand customer's environment, including key decision-makers and their concerns
• Ensure timely advancement of the sales process for targeted accounts to meet contract commitments
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for financial business models
• Demonstrate consultative selling skills and present value propositions
• Plan daily routines to maintain coverage of key accounts
• Utilize all available tools for maximizing sales growth
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase product usage
• Ongoing self-development in clinical and technical product knowledge
