We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional to join a leading cardiac device team. This territory covers Springfield, Greenfield, Pittsfield and surrounding areas. What you’ll be doing: Growing and protecting business in a strong but competitive market. Building trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and staff. Providing education, in-services, and clinical support on life-changing technology. Keeping an eye on market trends and staying one step ahead. What we’re looking for: Proven success in medical device sales (ideally cardiac or other specialties, but not orthopedic). Someone who communicates well, builds lasting relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. What you’ll get: Base salary of $65K, with commission-heavy structure and a median OTE around $300K. Monthly bonus payouts to keep the wins feeling fresh.
