Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales; cardiac experience strongly preferred (non-orthopedic background required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Base salary of $65,000
  • Commission-focused structure with median on-target earnings of approximately $300,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package and car allowance (clean driving record required)

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth while protecting and expanding existing business within a competitive market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and clinical staff
  • Provide product education, in-service training, and case support for advanced cardiac technologies
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to proactively position the portfolio
