Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence
  • Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience working with a robust CRM system
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of commercial sales and/or specification experience
  • Familiarity with B2B sales environments and specification selling
  • Ability to manage complex pricing structures and large product catalogs
  • Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
  • Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
