About The Position

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for detailing the latest innovations of the Philips product portfolio to key dental professionals, including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and other dental team members. Through office visits, lunch and learns, and demonstrations, the TBM builds strong, strategic sales partnerships. A primary goal is to drive Sonicare as the #1 Most Often Recommended (MOR) power toothbrush and solidify the Zoom brand as the #1 patient-requested professional whitening system. The TBM also consults on the full line of Oral Healthcare brands to help dental practices build a healthy Oral Healthcare plan for their patients. This role involves linking the Philips Sonicare, Philips Zoom, and Oral Healthcare portfolio to Dental Professionals within an assigned geographic territory, achieving established revenue growth expectations, and selling the Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio for professional dispensing or use. The manager must have a full understanding of the science and clinical significance behind these products and is responsible for direct business-to-business selling and professional product detailing, focusing on driving professional product usage, brand recommendations, and meeting/exceeding direct sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts
  • Proficient in CRM Systems, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in navigating and leveraging CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and SAP
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to the Worcester and Springfield, Massachusetts territory
