As the Territory Account Manager, HIV Treatment, Great Lakes, you will manage accounts and build strong relationships across your assigned territory in the United States. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, clinics, and internal teams to improve timely patient access and support high-quality care. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences OR business
  • Three plus years of experience in pharmaceutical OR biotech, OR specialty account management with commercial results
  • Experience engaging healthcare professionals and healthcare accounts in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Experience working in a hybrid arrangement with regular field presence and virtual collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in specialty medicines, infectious disease, or related therapeutic area
  • Strong territory planning, forecasting, and business analytics skills
  • Experience supporting formulary access, contracting, or clinic procurement processes
  • Proven ability to lead local launches or targeted commercial campaigns
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a wide geographic area
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and account decision makers.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely product availability and account access.
  • Lead clear, scientific conversations to raise disease awareness and support appropriate patient care.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights to colleagues.
  • Track territory performance, manage resources responsibly, and follow regulations and company policies.
