We’re looking for a Territory Infusion Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings energy, ownership, and purpose to growing provider partnerships and expanding access to infusion care. This is a field‑based sales role with up to 40% travel annually, supporting territory growth and relationship development. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over year
  • Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role with significant face‑to‑face engagement
  • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions (infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services)
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and strategic selling skills
  • Motivation grounded in patient‑centered selling and long‑term provider partnership growth

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology
  • Familiarity with third‑party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
  • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
  • Prior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth‑phase organization

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
  • Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion services, including IG suite‑based and home‑based care
  • Highlight LUX’s comprehensive support model, including benefits verification, reimbursement support, onboarding, and care coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal clinical and operational teams to support chronic and complex patient cases
  • Manage pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Bring consistency, accountability, and follow‑through to every provider interaction
