We’re looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings strategic thinking, relationship‑driven selling, and patient advocacy to everything they do. This is a field‑based sales role with up to 40% travel annually, designed for high performers who want autonomy, impact, and growth. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • A strong record of consistent, year‑over‑year sales performance
  • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions (infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services)
  • Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales environment
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic selling skills
  • A patient‑centered mindset focused on long‑term provider partnerships

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology
  • Knowledge of third‑party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
  • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
  • Prior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth‑phase organization

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s specialty and home infusion services, including IG home‑based and suite‑based care
  • Communicate LUX’s comprehensive support model, including benefits verification, reimbursement guidance, and patient onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline activity, track referral growth, and drive quota attainment
  • Bring consistency, accountability, and follow‑through to every provider interaction
