About This Opportunity The Terminal Technician is responsible for executing various terminal provisioning tasks to support InComm Terminal Merchants’ ability to activate prepaid products and process OTC purchases. Terminal Ops Techs are required to refurbish and provision terminals and terminal accessories based on instructions provided on fulfillment orders. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple applications including warehouse management systems. While this job is very technology driven, physical activity is required.

High School Diploma or technical equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provision terminals to be shipped to merchant locations.
Perform software upgrade to terminals as needed.
In addition to terminal provisioning and order fulfillment, assist with receiving, testing, and refurbishment.
Support Special terminal-related projects as assigned.
Always observes contractual obligations and turnaround time.
Support all systems in accordance with department guidelines.
