About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused coordinator to join our Melbourne team as a Terminal Operations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll coordinate the movement of containers through the terminal and onto the train, while keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience from logistics, transport, or heavy industry operations
• Strong organisational and people skills
• Know how to stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions, and keep things moving smoothly

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily terminal operations and resource allocation
• Ensuring safe handling of Dangerous Goods and compliance with WHS standards
• Working with maintenance teams to ensure rollingstock is made available for scheduled inspections and repairs
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and customers
