The MGH Institute of Health Professions invites applications for term lecturer faculty positions across a variety of programs, including: • Audiology • Communication Sciences & Disorders • Genetic Counseling • Health & Rehabilitation Sciences • Health Professions Education • Healthcare Administration & Data Analytics • Nursing • Occupational Therapy • Physical Therapy • Physician Assistant Studies Term Lecturers are appointed on a semester-by-semester basis, contingent upon student demand, and typically teach between 3-9 credits per semester, dependent on program requirements, in various formats (ex. classroom settings, labs, simulation spaces, at clinical sites). Term Lecturers hired into these roles will possess one of following titles: Term Lecturer, Course Developer, Facilitator, Lab Instructor, Simulation Coordinator, Site Clinical Instructor, Teaching Fellow, Clinical Oversight Instructor, or Project Mentor. Responsibilities primarily involve delivering didactic content through both on-site and online platforms, managing course delivery, grading, student mentoring, and maintaining regular office hours.
