The Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology (ECET) department seeks a tenure-track faculty member to contribute to teaching and applied research in Robotics and Autonomous Systems. This position focuses on the intersection of electrical engineering, computing, and intelligent systems-areas where AI, machine learning, and data analytics are transforming traditional domains including robotics, autonomous systems, power systems, and embedded technologies. Expertise that bridges multiple domains, including machine learning for embedded systems, energy systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, battery management systems, industrial automation and control, advanced power electronics, cyber-physical systems security, and wireless power transfer is preferred. The successful candidate will join a collaborative department committed to hands-on, applied learning that prepares students for immediate impact in industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for an innovative educator-researcher to shape curriculum at the convergence of electrification, automation, and artificial intelligence while building an applied research program that engages undergraduate students and industry partners.
