The Norfolk State University School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Management Information Systems beginning Fall 2026. We seek a dynamic scholar-teacher with expertise in information systems, digital transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, database management, cloud computing, business analytics, or related MIS domains. The successful candidate will teach courses in Management Information Systems and related technology-driven business areas; maintain an active research agenda consistent with AACSB academic qualification standards; mentor students; contribute to curriculum development and program assessment; and engage in service to the School, University, and profession. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the MIS concentration and to support new initiatives in technology-driven business education, including digital innovation, cybersecurity, AI-enabled information systems, and enterprise analytics.
