Conduct mechanical testing, including tensile, yield, and elongation tests, as well as flare testing, ensuring adherence to testing procedures and compliance. Maintain the highest standards of ethical behavior and compliance.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred
Familiarity with quality testing and inspection procedures is a plus
Strong math, problem-solving, and computer skills
Ability to understand and comply with lab and company quality and safety documentation

Nice To Haves

Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards
Skilled in operating test and inspection equipment
Capable of operating a band saw and CNC machinery

Responsibilities

Prepare test samples (Aluminum) according to industry and Hydro standards.
Conduct mechanical testing, including tensile, yield, and elongation tests, as well as flare testing, ensuring adherence to testing procedures and compliance.
