You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Maintain and operate tennis shop, oversee upkeep of courts and surrounding areas

  • Basic computer skills

  • Cash handling experience
  • Basic knowledge of tennis merchandise and shop operations
  • Elementary knowledge of tennis
  • Pleasant personality, suitable for extensive guest contact

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.
  • Maintain courts by sweeping, washing, garbage collection and light grounds work.
  • Dry courts after rain.
  • Displays merchandise and inventory goods in shop.
  • Operate cash register and complete reports as required by management.
  • Maintain shop in clean and tidy condition.
  • Assist in coordination and production of all tennis events per procedures
  • Assist in coordination and production of member tennis events.
  • Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures as they relate to tennis, equipment rental, merchandise sales, membership services and guest service programs.
  • In addition to the duties listed, employee may be expected to perform additional duties as assigned by management
