About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining racquet courts and surrounding areas, performing general repairs, routine maintenance, janitorial duties, and operating light maintenance equipment.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with general repairs preferred
- Basic knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of all tennis and pickleball courts, including sweeping, lining, and debris removal
- Prepare courts for daily play and ensure optimal playing conditions
- Communicate daily court conditions with the Racquets Shop front desk
- Conduct pressure washing, painting, and other assigned maintenance tasks
- Repair and maintain fences, sprinklers, nets, and windscreens as needed
- Accurately record completed work in a logbook
- Maintain clear communication with members, management, and team members
