About The Position

Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant at our premier tennis facility. This is a full-time position with morning shifts and one weekend day required, starting April 2026.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
• Strong customer service skills (our top priority)
• Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Previous country club or hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations at the tennis facility
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate court reservations
• Provide support to tennis professionals as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Racquet Sports
