Requirements

Professional tennis certification (PTR, USPTA, or similar certification preferred).
Proven track record of effective teaching and coaching.
Strong passion for tennis and the ability to inspire others.
Availability for both group classes and private lessons.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and member satisfaction.
Ability to work well with a wide range of ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging coach who can make learning tennis fun!
Flexible and open to coaching both group lessons and one-on-one private lessons.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and high-energy group classes for all skill levels, making every session enjoyable and interactive.
Ability to coach adults and kids at varying levels from beginner to 4.0.
Provide private lessons tailored to individual player needs, ensuring growth and improvement.
Maintain a professional and punctual presence, creating a positive and respectful atmosphere for members.
Foster excellent customer service relationships, ensuring every player feels valued and motivated.
Demonstrate high-level tennis skills and a strong ability to coach effectively, adapting to different learning styles and needs.
Collaborate with the team to develop new programs and keep the tennis offerings fresh and exciting.
