About The Position
The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation is seeking a Tennis Professional to join our team. This position is hands on, member facing, and responsible for assisting the Director of Tennis and Pickleball with all program offerings, activities, events, lessons, clinics, etc. Full-time hourly positions that offers outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, and a daily complimentary staff meal. Estimated compensation range for employees first year: (hourly, lessons, clinics and stringing: $55,000-$70,000). The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation is a McConnell Golf Property. Requirements
- Playing level should be at 4.5 or higher
Nice To Haves
- RSPA or PTR certification is prefeered but not required
Responsibilities
- Assisting with lessons, clinic and camp offerings
- Assisting with socials, events and tournaments
- Assisting with daily court maintenance as needed
- Having dedicated shop hours, booking courts, replying to emails and answering calls
- Racquet stringing
- Promoting and marketing the program
- Provides quality service to all members and guests
- Attends staff meetings as appropriate
- Attends company training/seminar events as appropriate
- Performs other tasks as appropriate
